FANCY BEANS RETURN POLICY

At Fancy Beans we strive to provide the highest quality coffee as well as an excellent one customer service. We understand that occasionally situations may arise where you may find a want to return the product. For that reason, we have created a return policy that is clear and is fair, and in line with Dutch law, specifically article 10 of the "Terms and Conditions Thuiswinkel" and article 46d of Book 7 of the Civil Code.


1. RETURNS

Returning coffee or other products is possible, but under an important condition: the box or package must be unopened. This is not because we don't like to open surprises, but because we are dealing with fresh products. Dutch law stipulates that perishable products, such as our freshly roasted coffee, cannot be returned if unsealed delivery is broken.


2. PROCEDURE

If you want to return a product, please let us know first. This can be done by sending us an email send it to info@fancybeans.nl. After we have received your return, the full purchase amount will be refunded. The costs for returning the product are for your account. Our return address is:
