In addition, from 15 February 2016 it is also possible for consumers in the EU to register complaints via the ODR platform (Online Dispute Resolution) of the European Commission. This platform aims to resolve disputes between consumers and online merchants in a simple and efficient way. You can find the ODR platform on the following website: . If your complaint is not yet being processed elsewhere, you can deposit your complaint via this platform.
